The company is known for its digital-first approach to school management, curriculum development, infrastructure planning, and academic excellence, serving over 300,000 students nationwide.

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Company Secretary & Compliance Officer to lead the organization’s corporate governance, secretarial compliance, fundraising compliance, ESOP management, and IPO/listing readiness initiatives.

The role requires extensive interaction with the Board of Directors, investors, auditors,



legal advisors, merchant bankers, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Advise the Board and senior leadership on corporate governance, compliance matters, and regulatory developments.

● Strengthen governance frameworks, internal controls, and compliance monitoring systems across the organization.

Coordinate with merchant bankers, legal counsels, auditors, registrars, consultants, and regulatory authorities during IPO and due diligence processes.

● Assist in implementation of governance practices aligned with listed-company standards.

Handle secretarial and regulatory compliances related to:

○ Private Placement

○ Oversee ESOP structuring, grant administration, vesting compliance, employee allotments, disclosures, and regulatory filings.
