We are seeking an experienced SAP Business One (SAP B1) Manager with minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the garment manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should possess solid functional knowledge of SAP B1 modules, understand garment procurement to shipment end to end processes, and be capable of supporting business users, optimizing system performance, and driving process improvements across departments.

Manage and support SAP Business One operations across Production, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Quality modules.

* Analyze business requirements and configure SAP B1 solutions to improve operational efficiency.

* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external SAP partners for implementation, customization, and system enhancements.

* Monitor and maintain master data, including Bills of Materials (BOM), Item Master, Business Partners, and Production Masters.





* Support garment manufacturing processes such as production planning, material requirement planning (MRP), job work, cutting, stitching, finishing, and inventory management.

* Prepare and customize reports, dashboards, and MIS using SAP B1, SQL queries, and Crystal Reports (preferred).

* Conduct user training and create documentation for SAP processes and best practices.

* Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with company policies.

* Participate in SAP upgrades, testing, and implementation of new functionalities.

3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Business One within the garment manufacturing industry.

* Strong understanding of manufacturing, inventory, procurement, sales, and finance processes.

* Experience with Production, MRP, BOM, and inventory management in SAP B1.

* Knowledge of SQL queries and Crystal Reports is preferred.

* Bachelor's degree in Information T
