Lexitas is seeking a highly capable and hands-on Director of IT & Security to lead our India-based technology and security operations organization. This role serves as the senior technology leader within Lexitas India,



responsible for managing day-to-day IT Operations and Information Security functions while ensuring alignment with the global technology strategy established by the CIO/CISO.

The Director will lead a team of approximately 10 resources split between IT Infrastructure Operations and Information Security. The role requires a strong technical leader who is equally comfortable managing people, driving operational excellence, and personally contributing to complex technical and security initiatives.
