Reporting to the Service Owner – Commercial, this role serves as the key link between business users, implementation partners, and Technology teams, ensuring business needs are translated into scalable, sustainable Yardi solutions.

The role combines business analysis, functional solution design, application administration, operational support, and continuous improvement across the Yardi platform.



Working closely with business stakeholders and implementation partners, the Technical Specialist ensures the platform remains stable, secure, and aligned with business objectives while driving adoption of Yardi best practices.

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

Partner with Finance, Property, Procurement and Operations stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with implementation partners and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Provide functional expertise across Yardi modules including Property Management, Lease Administration, Procure-to-Pay, Fixed Assets, Construction Management, Commercial Management, and Financial Management as applicable.

Review and validate functional designs, system configurations, and solution documentation.

Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Yardi-related incidents, service reques
