This is a Senior Manager/AVP-level leadership role focused on driving complex security operations outcomes. we need a solver who brings a process-first, AI-native mindset to architecting next-generation SOC frameworks. Architect intelligent security outcomes by leading SOC design and implementation across Google SecOps, Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or QRadar.

Serve as a technical escalation point for complex security incidents, client calls, and high-severity situations.

Collaborate with architecture and delivery teams to design end-to-end security operations solutions.

12+ years of InfoSec expertise with a deep, hands-on obsession with SOC operations; Extensive experience implementing SIEM platforms like Google SecOps (Chronicle),



Microsoft Sentinel, or Splunk.

~ Architecture and design experience for large-scale, multi-tenant SOC environments.

~ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

AI-native: Actively leverages AI tools to accelerate security engineering and SOC automation.

Google SecOps (Chronicle SIEM) SOC implementation.

Familiarity with cloud security monitoring on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

CISSP, CISM, CEH, Splunk Certified Power User, Microsoft SC-200, or equivalent.

Prior experience in a consulting, managed security services (MSSP), or client-facing delivery model.

Multi-cloud, AI-native — GCP · AWS · Azure across 10+ countries.
