We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and production support of Workday HCM solutions. The consultant will work closely with HR, business, and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations and ensure successful delivery across the HCM landscape. Current Workday consulting JDs commonly emphasize requirements gathering, configuration, business processes, security, reporting, testing, integrations, data conversion, and post-production support. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from HR and business stakeholders.
Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM , including organizations, staffing models, job profiles, positions, supervisory organizations, and worker data.
Configure Workday Business Processes , including Hire, Onboarding, Change Job,
