Social Media Manager & Content CreatorAbout the Role We are looking for a creative, proactive, and execution-focused Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage and grow our presence across multiple social media and content platforms. The person will be responsible not only for planning and managing our social media presence but also for creating original content, including reels and short-form videos .
The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, know how different platforms work, be comfortable appearing in or independently producing video content when required, and have basic proficiency with content creation and video-editing tools.
Reels & Video Content Creation Create original short-form video content and reels aligned with our brand, audience, campaigns, and current social media trends.
Developing reel concepts and content ideas
Writing basic scripts/hooks where required
Recording or independently creating video content
Editing videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar editing software
Creating engaging captions and supporting creatives
Approximately 15 original reels/videos per month .
The role requires hands-on content creation. AI tools may be used to support research, ideation, scripting, or productivity, but the final content should involve meaningful original creative input and should not rely entirely on automatically generated content.
Social Media Management Manage the company's presence across relevant platforms, including:
Facebook
LinkedIn
X (Twitter)
YouTube
Other relevant platforms as the brand expands
Responsibilities include planning the content calendar, preparing posts, publishing content, maintaining consistency, adapting content for different platforms, and monitoring overall performance.
Content Publishing Targets The expected publishing frequency will generally include:
Instagram, Facebook, Threads & LinkedIn: approximately 3–4 posts per week across relevant platforms.
