We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and experienced Mental Health Counsellor (Counselling Psychologist) with 5–15years experience to join our dedicated team and contribute to our growth journey.
Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and relationship challenges.
Stay current with emerging research, trends, and best practices in psychotherapy. Actively engage in ongoing career development, supervision, and training opportunities.
Adhere to organisational policies, legal regulations,
and ethical guidelines in all counselling practices. Maintain thorough and up-to-date client records, including assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and outcome evaluations in accordance with privacy and data protection standards.
Participate in outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health, trauma, and abuse prevention. Advocate for inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive mental health care.
Preferred candidates with 5–15years of post-graduate experience, specialized in counselling psychology.
Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology or a related field
Experience in at least two types of therapy (individual, family, child, or couple) preferred
