We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA locations. Currently, we are looking for partners/engineers for onsite support services in and around to assist our clients.

Service Type: Global Onsite & Dispatch Support/ On call basis

Supplier Type: Managed Services / Field Support Provider

Provide onsite support for desktops and laptops.

Install and configure Windows operating systems.

Install and troubleshoot software applications.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Support printers and scanners.

Help users with Microsoft Office and Outlook issues.

Support user login and password issues.





Coordinate with remote support teams when required.

Basic Network Knowledge

Connect devices to wired and wireless networks.

Perform basic network troubleshooting.

Test and replace Ethernet cables.

Identify network port issues and coordinate with the network team.

3+ years of EUC/Desktop Support experience.

Positive knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.

Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.

Ability to travel to customer sites.

Experience with ticketing tools is an advantage.
