Founded in 2015, Emeritus, part of Eruditus Group, has more than 2,000 employees globally and offices in Mumbai, Recent Delhi, Singapore, Palo Alto, Mexico City, New York, Boston, London, and Dubai. The Global Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for the overall technology strategy, organisation, and execution across Emeritus globally, including its Lines of Business, joint ventures, and other acquired global entities.

Reporting to the Co-Founder,



this role will work closely with the leadership team to define the technology roadmap, strengthen the technology foundation, and leverage technology as a strategic enabler of business growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

The role will oversee the broader technology function spanning Product Management, Engineering, Technology Infrastructure, IT, Security, Martech, Data Science & Analytics, and AI , while ensuring these capabilities operate as a cohesive and scalable technology ecosystem.

The CTO will be responsible for building the right technology architecture, organisation, governance, and operating model to support Emeritus' global scale and evolving business needs.

This role will also play a key role in driving technology integration and standardisation across joint ventures and entities, identifying opportunities to build common platforms, capabilities, and infrastructure across the organisation.
