SAP BRIM Senior Functional Consultant – BRIM / OTC India | Contract / CWK / Vendor Resource | Hybrid / Remote as per project needs

Experience: 5–12 years

Our consulting client is looking for a Senior SAP BRIM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience across SAP BRIM, Subscription Billing, Convergent Invoicing, Revenue Recognition (RAR), and end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

This is a BRIM-heavy functional role for someone who has owned BRIM solution design, configuration, testing, and integrations within SaaS or subscription-based business models. Generic SAP SD experience without hands-on SAP BRIM implementation experience will not be sufficient.

Own end-to-end SAP BRIM functional design for Recent Business, Renewals, Upsells, Amendments, and Cancellations

Configure and support SAP BRIM modules including SOM, CI, and FI-CA

Work with SAP RAR for revenue recognition and ASC 606 compliance use cases

Translate business requirements into BRIM functional designs and configurations

Lead unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production validation





Partner with technical teams on SAP S/4HANA–BRIM and BRIM–EMS integrations

Act as the BRIM functional SME for business, finance, and engineering stakeholders

Strong hands-on SAP BRIM experience

~ Deep understanding of subscription-based OTC processes

~8+ years of SAP Functional / Business Analyst experience

~ Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA integrated with SAP BRIM

~ Expertise in subscription lifecycle, billing plans, contract management, and collections

~ Strong communication skills across business and technical teams

~ Ability to explain complex BRIM flows in business-friendly language

~ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

SAP RAR experience

ASC 606 revenue compliance exposure

SaaS or subscription industry experience

Global rollout or multi-entity implementation experience

Agile delivery experience

SAP SD or SAP BRIM certification
