The Senior Professional Services Consultant (Developer)
will be a technical leader accountable for gathering customer requirements, delivering best practice technical solutions, and executing customer implementation projects. Design and architect end-to-end technical solutions for customer deployments, including API integrations, authentication workflows, and AI-augmented content processes built on the Egnyte platform
Lead the full technical implementation lifecycle — from requirements gathering and solution design through delivery, testing, post-deployment adoption, and documentation
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer engineering and IT stakeholders, engaging credibly at the architecture level across integration, security, and platform design discussions
Design and implement AI-augmented workflows leveraging Egnyte's AI capabilities alongside third-party LLM services, helping customers extract value from their content throug
