Strong diagnostics for L2/L3 connectivity, routing issues, failover, and performance troubleshooting

Support NOC-style monitoring , incident triage, and escalations (as required)

Troubleshoot using logs/telemetry, verify changes, and ensure network stability

NOC experience , and Fiber/Optical networking knowledge (fiber links, optics/transceivers)
