About the Role: We are looking for a Senior WordPress Team Lead who will take ownership of end-to-end WordPress development strategy, mentor and guide a team, and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality websites and web applications. This role requires solid expertise in WordPress technologies, theme and plugin development, architecture design, Agile methodologies, and root cause analysis, along with exposure to emerging trends such as AI-driven content management and website optimization.

Lead and mentor the WordPress development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and project timelines.

Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins tailored to business needs.





Integrate front-end and back-end functionalities seamlessly for smooth user experiences.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

Optimize websites for performance, security, and SEO best practices.

Work closely with QA and DevOps teams for smooth deployments and regular updates.

Stay updated with the latest WordPress updates, trends, and development practices.

Experience in WooCommerce customization and integration.

Hands-on experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and custom post types.
