About the Role

We are looking for a CTO to lead the technology strategy and build a scalable digital and technology infrastructure for a rapidly expanding luxury retail business.

Key Responsibilities

Own ERP, POS, RFID and retail technology across all locations.

Drive digital commerce, BI, analytics and CRM technology .

Lead cybersecurity, data governance and DPDP compliance .

Develop and execute the 3-year technology roadmap .

Drive systems integration, technology adoption and automation .

Manage technology vendors, budgets and service levels .

Build and lead the technology team .





Ideal Profile

~12–18 years in technology leadership, with 4+ years as CTO/CIO/Technology Head .

~ Strong retail technology, ERP, POS and inventory systems experience.

~ Exposure to RFID, digital commerce, BI/analytics and CRM preferred.

~ Robust understanding of cybersecurity, data governance and DPDP compliance .

~ Experience managing multi-location retail technology environments .

Strong technology strategy, vendor management and build-vs-buy expertise.
