Role Overview - CA MANDATORY We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the Finance function for a leading organisation operating in the Logistics, Ports, Maritime & EPC sectors . The CFO will be responsible for driving financial strategy, business performance, treasury, governance, risk management and supporting business growth.

Lead the overall Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Taxation, FP&A;, MIS and Audit functions.

Develop and execute the organisation's overall financial strategy .

Oversee fund raising, debt management, banking relationships and capital structure .

Evaluate CAPEX, infrastructure investments, expansion projects and EPC projects .

Monitor project-wise CAPEX utilisation, cost overruns, cash flows and profitability .

Drive cost optimisation, profitability improvement and financial efficiency.

Ensure robust financial controls, governance, statutory compliance and risk management .

Oversee taxation, GST,



audits and regulatory requirements.

Provide strategic financial insights to the MD/CEO and Board .

Partner with business and operations teams on commercial and financial decisions.

Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, regulators and other key stakeholders .

Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing Finance team.

CA qualification is mandatory.

~18–25 years of overall experience, with significant experience in senior Finance leadership roles.

~ Candidates from Logistics, Ports, Maritime, Shipping, EPC, Infrastructure, Construction or Terminals preferred.

~ Strong experience in asset-heavy/project-driven businesses .

~ Experience in managing large-scale P&L; and financial operations.

~ Robust commercial orientation, strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
