We are looking for an IoT Technical Support Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to customers, troubleshoot IoT devices and connectivity issues, and ensure an exceptional customer support experience. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a qualified and timely manner.

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and IoT device connectivity issues.

Provide technical support for IoT devices, sensors, gateways, and cloud-based solutions.

Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and customer experience.





Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical and customer support skills.

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical support or customer support, preferably in the IoT industry.

Experience troubleshooting IoT hardware, software, sensors, gateways, and cloud platforms.

Experience using CRM software and customer support tools is an added advantage.
