We are seeking experienced analytics professional with 4+ years in the Life Sciences domain to join our team . This role focuses on delivering data-driven insights across pharmaceutical commercial analytics projects that influence strategic decisions and improve healthcare access.

Market & Sales Data Analysis: Leverage IQVIA and Symphony datasets to extract, interpret, and visualize market and sales data that inform commercial strategy.

• Brand Performance & Forecasting Support:



Develop monthly/quarterly market overviews and performance dashboards to support brand planning and forecasting.

• Tender Analysis & Pricing Strategy: Excel Automation & Reporting Tools: Design automated dashboards and tools using Excel/VBA, pivot tables, and macros to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort.

• Mentorship & Capability Building: Support junior team members and contribute to team development through knowledge sharing and process innovation.

• S. biosimilars market access analytics, delivering pricing, reimbursement, and payer insights through advanced tools (SQL, Power BI, Qlik, Alteryx, Excel). Collaborate cross functionally to generate actionable business intelligence from ESI, EMISAR, ZINC, MMIT, IQVIA, DRG, and claims datasets.

BE/B.Tech/M.Tech (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

Experience

• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical commercial analytics

Proficiency in Excel/VBA, SQL, Power BI,
