Job Description:

Position is based at Factory dabaspet

Primary responsibilities

Own the end-to-end process control for assembly and testing of engine systems.

Define and enforce quality checkpoints and safety gates at critical milestones.

-
Define and enforce standard operating procedures, process checklists, and quality and safety documentation for repeatability and compliance.

-
Conduct root-cause analysis for deviations; drive corrective and preventive actions.

Secondary responsibilities

-
Maintain version control of design inputs and process documents.

-
Create and maintain virtual assemblies to pre-validate sequence and accessibility.

-
Work closely with Assembly Engineers for proper knowledge transfer of procedures.

Provide inspection and quality assurance support to Design and Manufacturing teams.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Skills and requirements:

B. Tech in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

-
2 years experience in aerospace manufacturing and metrology processes.

-
Proficiency with CAD tools.

-
Understanding of process control methodologies and engineering standards.

Preferred:

-
Understanding of quality standards and safety protocols.

-
Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or equivalent.
