The position is for a Functional Consultant working on a large-scale digital transformation initiative within the Oil & Gas / Energy Trading domain. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, where you'll report directly to the Director – Consulting .

What the client is looking for

The client is specifically looking for professionals who have:

- Robust Oil & Gas or Energy Trading domain experience.
/n
- Hands-on experience in concepts like Upstream/ downstream, etc
/n
- Experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Consultant
/n
- Good understanding of the Energy Trading lifecycle and business processes
/n
- Experience working with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into functional solutions
/n
- Exposure to business process improvement and digital transformation initiatives
/n
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
/n

They are not looking for candidates who have only implemented products like Endur, Allegro, Eka, SAP, etc. They are looking for consultants who understand the underlying Oil & Gas and Energy Trading business processes , not just the software.
