Experience: 8–12 Years in Sales and Marketing

Reporting to: Executive Director

A business-critical commercial leadership role focused on transforming a commodity-led plantation business into a premium, market-led agri enterprise.

✔ Digital storytelling & B2C brand growth

✔ Plantation-to-market value creation & commercial strategy

Ideal Candidate:
- 8–12 years in Sales and Marketing (Preferably FMCG)
- Robust commercial negotiation & market development skills
- Experience with premium food/agri brands & digital brand building
- Comfortable working across plantations, buyers, retail markets & boardrooms.
- Long-term value mindset with respect for sustainability, land & legacy
