Deliver dedicated VIP and executive IT support with high responsiveness, discretion, SLA adherence, and end-to-end ownership of critical IT requirements.
Manage Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints through JumpCloud MDM, ensuring policy enforcement, patching, endpoint hardening, compliance, and secure access.
Administer endpoint security solutions including Kaspersky Antivirus and Safetica DLP, while monitoring security, patching, and compliance dashboards.
Own IT asset lifecycle management from procurement through decommissioning, including inventory accuracy, physical verification, reconciliation, tagging, disposal, audits, and asset recovery.
Manage end-to-end user onboarding and offboarding, including device allocation, access provisioning, asset recovery, and timely deprovisioning.
