Golang Backend Developer - 3+ Years | Bengaluru, 2 days WFO | Immediate Joining

What You’ll Do

/n

/n
- Build the migration harness: shadow traffic, response diffing, metric parity dashboards, feature-flagged rollout, tested rollback
/n
- Own the schema-to-schema migratio n — mapping, backfill, dual-write and reconciliation, consistency verification, documented cutover and rollback point
/n
- Build Go services — APIs (Gin, Echo, Fiber, net/ background workers, stream consumers
/n
- Use Go concurrency deliberately: goroutine s, channels, context propagation, worker pools, graceful shutdown, leak prevention. At this traffic, concurrency bugs find you
/n
- Own MySQL schema and query performance from G o; pool tuning, transaction scope, live-table migrations
/n
- Build Kafka producers and consumers with correct partitioning, offsets, replay and DLQ. handling
/n

What We're Looking For

/n

/n
- 3+ years of backend development experience.
/n
- Robust hands-on experience with Golang .
/n
- Deep understanding of concurrency and goroutines .
/n
- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL .
/n
- Familiarity with Redis and caching mechanisms.
/n
- Experience in designing and building microservices .
/n
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
/n
- Experience with Docker and Git .
/n

- Experience in AI/ML or AI-powered applications.

- Knowledge of Kafka or other message queue systems.
