- Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint
- Experience with Azure AD (Entra ID) and Microsoft 365
- Expertise in managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
- Knowledge of MDM, MAM, compliance policies, and security
- Familiarity with Windows Autopilot and device
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting
- Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with SCCM / MECM and co-management
- Knowledge of application packaging and deployment (Win32, LOB apps)
- Exposure to security tools such as Microsoft Defender
