? We’re Hiring: MSP Program Specialist – Delivery & Operations

? Location: Bangalore | Hyderabad | Gurgaon

? Experience: 4–6 Years | ? Full-Time

⏳ Immediate to 15 Days Joiners Preferred

Looking for a dynamic skilled with experience in MSP operations and recruitment delivery to join our team

? Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery
- Coordinate with vendors & internal teams
- Track hiring pipeline, onboarding & resource lifecycle
- Ensure SLA adherence & compliance (BGV, documentation)
- Maintain dashboards, reports & vendor performance metrics

? What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years in MSP / staffing / recruitment operations
- Strong vendor management & coordination skills
- Experience with resource tracking, BGV & reporting
- Good hands-on experience with MS Excel
- VMS tools like SAP Fieldglass and Beeline are a plus
