Role Overview

The Director – Outreach will lead the University's outreach strategy by developing strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational consultants,. The role will be responsible for creating sustainable outreach channels that drive admissions, enhance brand visibility, and establish K.R. Mangalam University as a preferred destination for higher education.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Outreach & Business Development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive outreach strategy aligned with the University's admissions and growth objectives.
- Identify new markets, regions,



and institutions to increase student enrolment opportunities.
- Build long-term partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, , and educational consultants,.

Institutional Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture solid relationships with school principals, counselors, educational leaders, and institutional stakeholders.
- Represent the University at education fairs, conferences, seminars, and networking events.
- Strengthen alumni and referral networks to enhance outreach initiatives.
- Build and maintain a structured partner ecosystem to ensure long-term engagement and collaboration.

Admissions Support
- Work closely with the Admissions and Marketing teams to create a robust student acquisition pipeline.
- Monitor lead generation through outreach initiatives and ensure effective conversion strategies.
- Design engagement programs including career guidance sessions, workshops, faculty
