We are looking for an experienced Web & Mobile App Designer cum Creative Designer to oversee the design, coding, and implementation of website projects. In this role, you will be required to collaborate with Website Designers on the initial web design, write the code, ensure cross-platform compatibility, and provide user support.

To be successful as designer, you should have a positive eye for detail and excellent knowledge of front-end technologies. Ultimately a top-notch HTML developer should be proficient in web design, a master coder, and someone with the skills to provide user support, as well as vast knowledge in design software and technologies.

Role Overview:
Position: Web & Mobile App Designercum Creative Designer

Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)

Experience: 4 - 5 yrs exp.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Meeting with Web designers to discuss project design and layout.
- Coding the entire HTML site from end to end.
- Creating high-quality HTML files based on the latest HTML standards.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes,



and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Canva, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand. Ability to create visual Prototyping
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketing teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Conducting website performance and usability tests.
- Convert business requirements into technical documents/code.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and UI/UX design patterns across all digital platforms.
- Use standards, frameworks, and patterns while designing and building components.
- Meeting deadlines & providing user support.
- Test graphics across various media & amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
