We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to lead our procurement operations and ensure the timely sourcing of quality materials required for uninterrupted manufacturing.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Source and procure raw materials, electrical components, sheet metal, copper wire, bearings, capacitors, packaging materials, and other production requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
- Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely order placement.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores,



Quality, and Accounts departments for procurement planning.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, pricing, and service.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchasing reports.
- Resolve supplier-related issues including quality concerns, shortages, and delivery delays.
- Prepare monthly procurement reports, cost analyses, and management MIS.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- MBA in Supply Chain or Operations is preferred.
- 5-10 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing setting.
