- Design, enhance and implement the MDM/MAM platform and infrastructure to support the requirements of the business with an eye for continual improvement, including speed of delivery, user experience with no negotiation to security
- Plan, Design, Implement & Configure Intune/SCCM/ MECM solution to manage all end user computing of Organization. Major Supported Services includes Imaging, Software Deployment and Software Update/Patch Management, H/w
- S/w Inventory, Reporting.
- Device onboarding, Wipe-out, Policy creation & assignment, BYOD/CYOD etc. OT device, POS system knowledge will be added advantage. HLD,LLD, SMTD documentation skills must.
- Engineer complex endpoint solutions based on business needs, delivering high-quality documentation, and technology proof of concepts, to support the operationalise of the new technology by Service Owners.
AI enablement automation, power shell scripting etc.
- Creating and Deploying Windows 11 Feature updates, Evergreen solution, Autopilot with Intune platform. Hands-on experience in CMG & Co-management, cloud DP integration.
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language with customer, LSR & higher management.
- Collaborating with multiple teams such as Infrastructure, Security and Application Development to design cutting-edge productivity platform for end-users.
- Build standard operating environment Software Configurations that reflect agreed functional needs and specifications based on the operating environment design.
- Govern the upgrades and compatibility of End User devices to ensure seamless upgrades to the business and current functionality and capabilities are introduced effectively
- Proven experience of Lite-Touch, Zero touch Deployments, WDS
