Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads; convert enquiries into confirmed consultations and treatment sign-ups.
- Own the complete sales cycle — pitch, follow-up, objection handling, and closure.
- Identify and pitch to new clients, generating fresh business opportunities and expanding the client base.
- Sell software/digital solutions and value-added services alongside core offerings, where applicable.
- Drive end-to-end business closure — from first pitch to final agreement/payment.
- Build trust-based relationships with patients/clients, ensuring a smooth and reassuring experience.
- Negotiate treatment packages and pricing within approved guidelines to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/trackers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with doctors and front-desk teams for seamless client handover post-conversion.
- Represent the clinic with professionalism, empathy, and a patient-first mindset.

Required Skills & Attributes




- Proven sales closure ability — consistently meets/exceeds targets.
- Strong recent client pitching and business development skills.
- Experience selling software/digital products or services is a strong plus.
- Strong client handling and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a win-win approach.
- Positive, resilient attitude with high ownership and follow-through.
- Clear communication skills in English/Hindi/Marathi.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel-based tracking, and WhatsApp-based follow-ups.

Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (healthcare/wellness industry preferred).
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/relevant certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
