Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist (Part time)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing & SEO Specialistwho can independently manage digital growth campaigns for our clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both paid media and organic growth, understands digital analytics, and is comfortable taking complete ownership—from strategy and execution to optimization and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Paid Performance Marketing

1. Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- LinkedIn Ads (where applicable)
- Other relevant advertising platforms

2. Build campaigns aligned to business objectives such as Lead Generation, Sales, Website Traffic, and Brand Awareness.

3. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve:
- ROAS
- CPL
- CPA
- CTR
- CPM
- Conversion Rate

4. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, creative testing,



and bid optimization.

5. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Analytics & Tracking

1.Implement and troubleshoot:
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Ads Conversion Tracking
- Meta Pixel
- Meta Conversion API (preferred)

2Configure event tracking on websites and landing pages.

3.Ensure accurate attribution and campaign measurement.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

1.Manage end-to-end SEO activities for SMB websites including:
- Technical SEO audits
- On-page optimization
- Keyword research
- Content optimization
- Internal linking
- Schema implementation
- Core Web Vitals recommendations
- XML Sitemap and Robots.txt management
- Search Console monitoring
- Off-page SEO and link-building initiatives
- Local SEO optimization where applicable
