About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Executive with robust hands-on experience in ADP Payroll, U.S. Bookkeeping, and QuickBooks.

Experience with Amazon DSP accounting will be an added advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesADP Payroll - Primary Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end U.S. payroll processing using ADP.
- Process employee and driver payroll accurately and on time.
- Handle bonuses, incentives, reimbursements, deductions, overtime, and other payroll adjustments.
- Review payroll data and identify discrepancies before submission.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and supporting documentation.
- Collect and verify payroll information from U.S.based clients.
- Coordinate with clients regarding payroll-related questions and requirements.
- Ensure payroll activities follow applicable U.S.



payroll procedures and client requirements.

U.S. Bookkeeping & QuickBooks
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities for U.S.based clients.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
- Record and categorize income, expenses, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Review transactions and ensure accurate account classification.
- Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Amazon DSP Accounting - Preferred
- Handle accounting activities related to Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) businesses.
- Review revenue, expenses, driver-related costs, vehicle expenses, and other operational transactions.
