Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily service operations and coordinate with the team.
- Ensure smooth and timely food and beverage service.
- Guide and monitor junior team members during operations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and personal grooming.
- Ensure proper table setup, service area arrangement, and presentation.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and operations team for timely service.
- Handle guest requests and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
- Monitor availability and proper handling of service equipment and supplies.
- Ensure company SOPs and service standards are followed.
- Assist in training current team members.
- Maintain discipline and teamwork within the service team.
- Report operational issues to the supervisor or management.
Pay: ₹15,300.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
