Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver process-specific training to new hires and existing team members.
- Develop training content, SOPs, and documentation as per process requirements.
- Coordinate with operations, QA, and HR to track performance post-training.
- Conduct refresher sessions and continuous learning programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
- Maintain detailed reports of training schedules, attendance, and results.
- Identify skill gaps and propose corrective training actions.
- Stay updated with process changes and client updates and communicate the same to the team.
- Facilitate workshops on communication skills, business etiquette, time management, and client handling.
- Support learning and development initiatives across the organization.
- Assist in onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
