Satcon urgently needs to recruit one Senior Civil Design Engineer with the following qualification and capability. This is not a junior or fresh engineer's work. So Engineer's who does not meet the following criteria will be rejected:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering. Diploma holder will be rejected.
- Minimum 20 years of experience after graduation, out of which 10 years must be in Design Engineering of RCC and steel structures of Industrial Plants / Utilities/Substations/Transmission lines.
- Must be experienced in National and International standards (IS, BS-EN, ACI, AISC etc.).
- Must be fully computer literate. Fluency in MS excel and Word is a must.
- CAD drafting will be done by others. The engineer shall provide hand sketch assignments to the Draftsman. Ability to prepare CAD drawing on your own will be added advantage.
- He or she must be capable of answering to Client's clarifications and questions on the design prepared by him or her.




- The job includes site visits for data collection and discussions with the Client to obtain drawings approval.
- Shall have the capacity to guide junior engineers, check designs prepared by them and suggest correctional remedies.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month

Application Question(s):
- Are you fluent in software like staad pro, RCDC, staad foundation ?
- Can you do the civil and structural design of foundations, industrial buildings, gantry and beam structures, equipment support structures of EHV switchyards on your own as per Indian standards?
- Are you comfortable to design RCC and steel structural works as per European or American standards?
- Can you lead a team of junior engineers and draftsman and produce drawings and design reports ?
