Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Engineer for a full time position on a 3-month project (40 hours per week) in Argentina/Mexico. Our client is a workforce management and payroll solutions provider that enables organizations to hire, manage, and pay employees worldwide.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience supporting Salesforce implementations, migrations, cutovers, and production go-lives.
- Understanding of Salesforce administration and configuration.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Knowledge Management.
- Ability to understand and evaluate Salesforce solution architecture and integrations.
- Understanding deliverables vs. shortfalls against the SoW and raising them to Clarity and the Project Lead.
- Experience working with third-party implementation partners or vendors.
- Ability to review project deliverables against Statements of Work and identify delivery gaps.
- Expertise in defining operational processes, ownership models,



and RACI matrices.
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and user-support capabilities.
- Experience creating platform roadmaps and delivering post-go-live enhancements.
- Strong documentation, onboarding, and knowledge-transfer skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.
- Experience operating as a Salesforce Lead Administrator, Service Cloud Lead, or Salesforce Product Owner.
- Understanding the transition of Salesforce platforms from implementation projects into business-as-usual operations.
- Experience working across multiple business units and cross-functional project teams.
- Familiarity with service management processes and SLA-based support environments.
