Key Responsibilities:
1. Insurance Coordination & Processing:
- Handle end-to-end motor insurance documentation, including policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements
- Coordinate with insurance companies and agents to ensure smooth and timely processing
- Resolve policy-related queries and provide accurate information to clients

2. Documentation & Record Management:
- Maintain and organize all office records, files, and documentation systematically
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and proper documentation practices
- Keep records updated and easily accessible for internal use

3. Administrative Support:
- Assist in day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Support internal teams with documentation and coordination work
- Ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company processes

4. Client & Internal Coordination:
- Communicate professionally with clients and insurance partners




- Ensure timely follow-ups and clear communication regarding documentation and policies

Requirements:
- Experience in motor insurance and/or documentation roles preferred
- Good knowledge of insurance procedures, paperwork, and compliance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in basic computer operations and data handling
- Professional, cooperative, and responsible attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a structured office environment
