Job Title: Merchandiser

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Fashion & Apparel Design / Fashion Technology

Job Summary:
The Merchandiser acts as the central point managing the full product cycle from development to delivery for both ODMand custom B2B/OEM orders. They ensure products meet market trends, customer requirements and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Development & Market Updates:
- Research and develop new products based on market trends and customer needs.
- Update existing products in terms of design, fabric, fit, and price.
- Decide on materials, trims and suppliers for all products.
- Coordinate sampling, approvals, and final product launch.

2. B2B / OEM Order Management:
- Understand customer-specific requirements and develop products accordingly.
- Manage the full cycle of custom orders — sampling, approvals, production, and delivery.
- Serve as the single point of contact between customers, sales, and internal teams.

Material & Supplier Management:
- Identify and manage fabric and trim suppliers for new developments.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.

4. Costing, Pricing & Payments:
- Coordinate payments with customer and inform to Accounts team.

5. Coordination & Control:
- Work closely with sales, design, production, quality, and logistics teams.
- Ensure on-time delivery and smooth workflow for both ready-made and custom products.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in têxtile merchandising, preferably innerwear (men & women).
- Solid knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and costing.
- Experience in handling B2B ODM and OEM clients.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and Problem solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
