Job Title: Private Estate Housekeeping ManagerLocation: Pune, Maharashtra
Position Type: Full-time, Direct-hire (Live-in / Live-out)
- Standard Setting: Establish and maintain 5-star cleanliness and presentation standards across the entire estate.
- Daily Routines: Create daily, weekly, and deep-cleaning schedules for all rooms, living areas, and guest suites.
- Specialised Care: Supervise or execute the care of delicate surfaces, including marble, hardwood, fine art, antiques, and high-end fixtures.
- Laundry & Wardrobe: Oversee premium wardrobe care, including sorting, stain treatment, fine fabric care (silk, cashmere, linen), ironing, and coordinating qualified dry-cleaning.

2. Staff Management & Coordination
- Team Leadership: Manage, schedule, and train junior housekeepers, maids, and external vendors.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed work daily to ensure the highest standards are consistently met.
- Conflict Resolution: Foster a professional, respectful, and productive working environment among the domestic team.

3. Inventory & Vendor Management
- Supply Tracking:



Monitor and maintain inventory levels for cleaning supplies, pantry essentials, linens, and guest amenities.
- Vendor Oversight: Coordinate with external contractors (e.g., pest control, carpet cleaners, window washers) and verify the quality of their work.
- Budgeting: Manage the household housekeeping budget and track expenses with detailed receipts.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of executive housekeeping experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or high-end private estate.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related certification from a recognized institute is highly preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of chemical safety, proper fabric care, and specialized surface maintenance.
