Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain prospect databases using LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and other lead generation tools.
- Research target companies and decision-makers across global markets.
- Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, replies, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Recruitment teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Maintain accurate lead and campaign data in CRM.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and campaign performance targets.
Required Experience
- Experience generating leads for Global Staffing, Recruitment, or RPO services is mandatory.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar lead generation tools.
- Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
