Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and target markets to expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable business solutions to meet their needs.
- Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Manage the business development cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline to achieve assigned business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, opportunities, and business development activities in the CRM.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and recent business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process and successful client onboarding.
Ideal Profile
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in business development or sales in the UAE.:
- Prior experience in sales or business development is required.
- Experience in IT Solutions, Software, SaaS, or Technology Sales is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach to business development.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Good understanding of the UAE market and business environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- A valid UAE driving licence is must.
- Great attitude, positive mindset, and willingness to learn and contribute as part of a growth-minded team
