Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Attend and manage incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate department or person.
- Handle customer and visitor inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
- Maintain visitor records and manage the visitor entry process.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Receive and manage incoming and outgoing couriers, letters, and documents.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain necessary records.
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative and office-related activities.
- Maintain daily call records and inquiry details.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, scanning, and documentation.




- Support HR and Administration departments with routine office tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of company, customer, and employee information.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred.
