Purchase and Procurement Manager is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and buying the goods, materials, and services a company needs to operate. They handle vendor relationships, manage budgets, and oversee the entire acquisition life-cycle to ensure high quality at the best price.

Key Responsibilities Supplier Sourcing: Finding and evaluating reliable vendors.Contract Negotiation: Securing favourable pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.Budget Monitoring: Tracking expenses and finding cost-saving opportunities.Inventory Oversight: Working with stock levels to avoid shortages or excess.

Job description

Role & responsibilities




- _Manage end-to-end procurement of packaging materials_
- _Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors in line with company requirements_
- _Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and track delivery schedules_
- _Ensure timely material availability to support uninterrupted operations_
- _Monitor vendor performance (OTIF, quality, responsiveness)_
- _Coordinate with internal stakeholders (planning, production, finance)_
- _Handle supply disruptions and escalate risks proactively_
- _Maintain procurement data, MIS, and documentation in ERP (SAP/other systems)_
- _Support cost-saving nitiatives and inventory optimization_

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
