About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements (age group, dates, budget, interests) and recommend the right departure or camp.
- Explain itineraries, pricing, inclusions/exclusions, batch dates, and booking terms clearly
- Follow up consistently on leads to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for accurate trip information
- Manage post-booking communication: payment reminders, pre-departure updates, and document collection
- Maintain enquiry and booking records in CRM/internal systems
- Monitor competitor group tour pricing and customer feedback trends
- Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate; must be able to commute to Kothrud office daily




- 1-3 years of experience selling group/fixed departure tours, summer camps, or similar travel packages
- Comfortable selling to parents, schools, and small groups with empathy and patience.
- Proven track record handling high-volume WhatsApp and walk-in enquiries
- Strong lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills in a target-driven environment
- Comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital sales workflows
- Good communication in English and Marathi; Hindi is a plus
- Genuine interest in travel, outdoor experiences, and working with families/students
- Willing to work weekends and extended hours during peak summer/season.
- Positive attitude, quick learner, and a passion for outdoor experiences.
