KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Explain electric scooter models, offers, finance options, and showroom details to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, and messages.




- Convert customer inquiries into showroom visits and potential sales opportunities.
- Generate leads from online inquiries, references, and customer databases.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer appointments and test rides.
- Prepare basic billing, invoices, payment entries, and maintain billing records.
- Maintain daily call reports, customer databases, and follow-up records properly.
- Answer customer queries politely and provide accurate product information.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support showroom sales activities and assist customers during the buying process.
- Maintain skilled communication and achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
