About the Role

ABP Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Executive - Talent Acquisition to manage recruitment for medical colleges, universities, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned medical faculty requirements.
- Understand client requirements, Job Descriptions, specialization, qualification, experience, and salary parameters.
- Search and identify suitable doctors and medical faculty according to specific specializations.

- Share relevant and client-shareable CVs within the defined TAT.
- Maintain a strong database of medical professionals across various specializations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing/submission/closure targets.
- Support the team in market mapping and talent-pool development for specialized medical positions.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Experience in Medical Recruitment, Healthcare Recruitment, Medical Faculty Hiring, or Doctor Hiring will be preferred.
- Freshers with solid communication skills and an interest in recruitment may also be considered.
- Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
