Role Summary

The Client Relationship Executive is the face of the showroom experience and the client’s single point of contact from their first visit through to final delivery. You’ll manage in-store client dealing, support the sales process with presentations and estimates, and once a deal is closed, take ownership of the client’s journey through production, coordination, and delivery, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities
- Store Experience & Client Dealing:_
- Welcome and host clients in the showroom, understanding their requirements through attentive, structured conversation
- Maintain the showroom’s visual presentation and product display standards
- Be the client’s go-to point of contact for every question, update,



and concern during their time in-store
- Presentation & Estimate Support:_
- Support the preparation of design presentations, BOQs, and cost estimates in coordination with the design/production team
- Ensure quotes shared with clients are accurate and aligned to what’s discussed in-store
- Client Follow-Up:_
- Own consistent, disciplined follow-up with prospective clients post-visit until a decision is reached
- Keep CRM records current: visit notes, quotes shared, next steps, timelines
- Post-Sale Project Management (Closed Leads):_
- Once a lead converts, own the client relationship end-to-end through to delivery
- Track order status, production timelines, and installation schedules, coordinating with the design and production teams
- Proactively update clients at each milestone so they’re never left wondering where their order stands
- Flag and resolve delays or issues before they become cli
