Role Overview

YS Group of Institutes is seeking a proactive and committed Academic Coordinator to oversee academic planning, teacher coordination, student progress monitoring, and administrative management for assigned classes.

The coordinator will play a key role in ensuring effective academic delivery, structured planning, teacher accountability, and continuous student progress tracking,



aligned with institutional expectations and CBSE guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Leadership
- Plan and oversee academic calendars, syllabus completion, and lesson planning for assigned classes.
- Conduct regular notebook checks, classroom observations, and academic reviews.
- Ensure adherence to CBSE guidelines, school academic policies, and structured pedagogy.
- Support exam preparation through periodic tests, revision schedules, and doubt-clearing sessions.

2. Student Progress & Support
- Track student academic performance using structured monitoring systems.
- Identify students requiring additional academic support and coordinate remedial interventions.
- Guide students regarding study habits, discipline, attendance, and academic improvement.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and support strategies.

3. Teacher Coordination
- Monitor timely submission
