Shift: Night Shift (12:00 AM - 6:00 AM)

InnoworQ Technologies is hiring Field Engineers - Networking to support preventive maintenance activities for Cisco networking infrastructure at customer locations. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career networking professionals who are passionate about networking technologies and are willing to work in night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance (PMT) and health checks on Cisco networking devices.
- Visit assigned customer locations during the night maintenance window.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting of routers, switches, and networking equipment.
- Escalate critical issues to the NOC or senior network team.
- Complete PMT checklists and submit service reports on time.
- Follow customer SOPs, safety guidelines, and maintenance procedures.




- Coordinate with Team Leads and Project Managers for daily work updates.
- Maintain professional communication with customers during site visits.

Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of Computer Networking.
- Knowledge of Routing, Switching, and Network Diagnostics.
- Familiarity with Cisco networking devices is preferred.
- Positive communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to customer locations.
- Comfortable working regular night shifts.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Graduate in Electronics, IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- CCNA certification is an added advantage (not mandatory).
