About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2-4 years of experience in home healthcare, hospitals, clinics, or healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to increase home healthcare service sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, consultants, nursing homes, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.

Generate leads and referrals through hospital visits, doctor meetings, patient referrals, and other healthcare networks.

Identify and develop current business opportunities in the Vizag market.

Conduct regular visits to hospitals and healthcare institutions to promote the company's services.

Coordinate with hospital staff, doctors, patients,



and families to understand healthcare requirements and provide suitable service solutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.

Maintain a database of hospitals, doctors, referral partners, and prospective clients.

Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing in the local healthcare market.

Coordinate with operations and clinical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of patients.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and provide updates to management.

Participate in healthcare camps, hospital activities, corporate tie-ups, and promotional events when required.

2-4 years of relevant experience in:
Home healthcare sales

Hospital business development

Healthcare/medical services sales

Hospital marketing

Patient acquisition or referral management

Good understanding of the Visakhapatnam healthcare mar
